Where is my package?

Orders by cash on delivery / immediate transfer / direct debit / invoice / PayPal are processed immediately. If you order in advance, you have to expect that the transfer will only arrive in our account after 1-2 days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a link to DHL shipment tracking. There you can see exactly where your package is.

How can I redeem my voucher?

In the shopping cart you will find a field in which you can redeem your voucher.

My package arrived, something was broken.

Send us a photo of the damage, we will of course replace the defective item.

My package still hasn't arrived!

Write our support team a nice message and we will find a solution for this.
